Menu Journey

Why is planning a menu such a job?  You've got to please everyone, deal with activities, work around allergies, & teach your kids to cook & be responsible...And then start over next week.  I should keep menus and just rotate them periodically, but there's a secret side of me that actually enjoys the process of menu-planning, shopping list planning, & grocery shopping. I find it therapeutic, even if it does take WAY too long.

Here's the plan for this week, amidst camping, choir practice/broadcast, school starting, church parties, & a birthday party.
