15 minutes ... that's all it takes.
If there is something that you are overwhelmed about (laundry, dishes, packing, studying, weeding, etc.), just do it for 15 minutes. Then call it quits. And you can feel good about yourself.
Anyone can do anything for 15 minutes. It's long enough to get something done and short enough that you can handle it, even if it's something you hate.
If you're feeling good, when that buzzer rings, set it for another 15 minutes & do some more. If not, then don't. Move on to something else.
It's really amazing what you can accomplish in 15 minutes.
